What is the best music player for Windows platform. I want to manage large Playlists and good sound effects. Better if it is free.

There is nothing as best music player. Some people like winamp, some like foobar, some like itunes or windows media player.
You can try from the following widely used media players options and see which one suits you the most:
Winamp

Sir,
If ur OS is WinXP then i will recomend u to use windows media player 11 with URGE…
but if u r using Pirated copy of WinXP then it wont be installed in ur system.,,dont worry ,,i hav a copy of Windows Media Player 11 with Urge(abt 40mb)in size,that is allready cracked and can be installed on both Pirated as well as licensed copy of windowXP.

My favorie is Winamp, I like how its small and simple, but theres a huge library for plugins so you can make it do exatly what you want.
